What will I be doing on the event?The event is all about YOU having the opportunity to be a real paranormal investigator for the evening in search for genuine paranormal activity. We will demonstrate how the equipment works and will help guide you through the investigation. As this event is for you, we will be encouraging you to get involved as much as possible. Here is an outline of how a typical evening will go: On arrival, you will be greeted by a member of our team where you will be checked in. Once everyone has arrived we will begin the evening with a welcome talk and introduction to the event, as well as any health and safety precautions. We will then conduct an opening protection and group activity as well as introducing ourselves to the spirits who reside there. In most cases, we will then split off into smaller teams and investigate several rooms of the building using various methods and equipment. There will be a scheduled break during the evening where drinks and snacks will be provided. Towards the end of the evening there will be free time available for anyone who wishes to investigate the location on their own. (Please note, not all venues will permit free time due to insurance and health and safety, but we will always state this in the event information.) We will then end the evening with a closing protection and the opportunity to discuss our experiences of the night before we say goodbye. Please note, So as to not influence any of our findings, we will not divulge too much of the history of the location. However, we do try to validate any of our findings after the event and will update you if there is anything credible. Some of our special events may have a different structure to the evening but this will always be stated in the event information section when booking.

When should I arrive?Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your event start time. This is to ensure that we have a member of the team available to greet you on arrival. If you are running late, please do let us know as soon as possible.

Do I need to bring anything with me?Please have your E-ticket ready on your smart device on arrival or if you would rather bring a printed copy of your E-ticket that is absolutely fine. Please do ensure you are wearing comfortable shoes and suitable clothing for the event (wear extra layers in the colder weather). You are always welcome to bring any of your own equipment that you would like to use but this is not essential as we have our own equipment that we will be using at the event. Drinks and Snacks will be provided but you are always welcome to bring your own for break time. However, please note that alcohol will not be permitted at the event.

Will I receive tickets in the post?We try to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum, therefore, your order confirmation email will contain your tickets in the form of a PDF for the event. On arrival, we will scan the QR code on your tickets in order to check you in. You can show us the QR code on your smart device at the event so there is no need to print anything. However, if you do not have access to a smart device then it is fine to bring a printed copy.

I can no longer attend the event, can I get a refund?Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or transfers for your tickets if you are no longer able to attend the event, so please do double check that you are able to attend the event dates before booking. If you are no longer able to attend the event and/or gifting the tickets to a friend, please do let us know in advance so we know who to expect on the evening.
